Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted January 22, 2024, through January 25, 2024, Main Line Health Homecare &; Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.

Based on the findings of an on-site unannounced hospice state re-licensure and Medicare recertification survey conducted January 22, 2024, through January 25, 2024, Main Line Health Homecare &; Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
